What it is
Contextual Trends Publisher is a private, single-user tool that runs on the channel owner's own computer. It publishes the channel's finished, owner-approved videos and Shorts to YouTube on a set schedule, and reads the channel's own statistics to see which videos perform best.
What it does with YouTube
- Uploads the owner's own videos and Shorts, with their title, description, tags, thumbnail and scheduled publish time.
- Reads the owner's own channel and video statistics through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API.
- Reads and replies to comments on the owner's own videos.
It only acts on channels owned by the person who signs in with Google. It is not offered to the public, and it does not download, re-host or redistribute YouTube content.
