Terms of Service

1. The tool

Contextual Trends Publisher ("the tool") is a private, single-user publishing tool operated by Kurt Carrington Warner for his own YouTube channels. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled as described in the Google Privacy Policy and in this tool's Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• The tool may only be used with YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and must hold the rights to it, including music, footage and images.
• You must not use the tool to spam, mislead viewers, manipulate metrics, or break YouTube's Community Guidelines or Developer Policies.

4. Access and revocation

The tool acts on YouTube only after you grant access through Google sign-in. You can revoke that access at any time from the Google security settings page.

5. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for missed or failed uploads, or for any loss arising from use of the tool.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted on this page.
