SIGMASHIFT.NET collects minimal user data necessary to deliver SaaS digital session services. User information is encrypted and stored securely in accordance with industry standards. We do not share or sell user data to third parties.
Digital session credits purchased through Stripe are NON-REFUNDABLE upon rendering. Once a mediation or analysis session has been initiated and services rendered, the credit value cannot be recovered. Credits expire 12 months from purchase date.
All user sessions and data are protected by AES-256 encryption. Authentication uses multi-factor verification with session token issuance. We maintain continuous integrity audits and compliance monitoring.
Users may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@sigmashift.net. Requests are processed within 30 days. Encrypted session records are retained for 90 days post-termination for audit purposes only.
SIGMASHIFT.NET uses session cookies only for authentication and fraud prevention. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies are deployed. Local storage is used to maintain user preferences and session state.
