SIGMASHIFT.NET provides SaaS digital services including AI-powered mediation sessions, dispute resolution analysis, and objective evidence evaluation. Services are rendered electronically upon session initiation and credit consumption.
Users agree to use SIGMASHIFT.NET only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, data scraping, DDoS attacks, or uploading malicious content. Violations result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Digital session credits are purchased via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. Billing occurs at session initiation. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
SIGMASHIFT.NET is provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. Users assume all risk for use of digital services.
All SIGMASHIFT.NET systems, protocols, code, and content are proprietary. Users receive a limited license to use services only. No modification, reproduction, or commercial use is permitted without written consent from SIGMASHIFT.NET.
SIGMASHIFT.NET reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unused credits expire. We may suspend services without notice for security threats or abuse. Data retention follows privacy policy guidelines.
Disputes arise under these terms shall be governed by applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing litigation. For service disputes, contact support@sigmashift.net with detailed documentation.
